All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices as required by law. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services.

This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of any service agreement and will remain in effect for a period of three years from the date of disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siri Consultancy Services Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination, and any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our services at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Des Moines, Iowa.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siri Consultancy Services Inc regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
